Packaging system
Customers decide which box to pick off the shelf in just seconds. Sinh Vũ designs packaging from structure to graphics, then on to print-ready files and factory liaison.
Why not take a ready-made packaging template and rename it, faster and cheaper?
A ready-made template is drawn for a different product and a different material, and usually breaks in production: the dieline (the cut-and-fold line drawing) does not match the printer's machine, text falls into a fold, colors shift when the paper changes. Sinh Vũ works the other way, from the production constraints, so you receive files that are ready to print.
The real cost of packaging is not in the design fee but in the faulty print run you have to throw away.
Five phases, each clearly timed
Discovery and research
Interviewing the founder, reviewing 5-10 competitors on the same shelf, and cross-checking the industry's material trends and color psychology.A 15-page research report with a visual moodboard
Three design directions
Presenting 3 distinct directions, each with a rationale and a structural sketch, and choosing one direction with you to take forward.3 design directions in Figma and a PDF
Design finalization
Developing the chosen direction into a complete design for every face across 2 rounds of feedback.Adobe Illustrator source files detailed enough for the print stage
Dieline and 3D prototyping
Building the dieline to fit the printer's machine, leaving bleed and safe zones, checking industry legal compliance and making a lifelike 3D prototype.A production-ready file set with a technical spec sheet
Proofing and quality control
Connecting the right printer, running proofs, checking color on site and finishing before the large run.A production file set approved on a real proof
What you receive
Each deliverable comes with its file format and the reason it helps you.

Understanding clearly why this direction was chosen, with grounds to defend the decision before a board or investors.

Comparing on the same footing and choosing the right direction before pouring effort into finishing.

The source files open, edit and belong to you, not locked inside a third party's account.

The printer takes it and runs immediately, no questions, no misaligned folds.

Launching fast with lifelike product imagery, confident about the final result.

Three tiers by segment
Sinh Vũ quotes by the number of SKUs and the industry's legal complexity, settling a package price after hearing the brief, with no surcharges midway.
Not sure which tier fits? Talk for five minutes and Sinh Vũ will point you to the right one →
- Three design directions, one chosen and finished for 1-3 SKUs
- A technical dieline and print specs to the factory standard
- A lifelike 3D prototype, print-ready PDF/X-4 files
- A recommendation of the right printer in the partner network
- Packaging design for 5-10 SKUs, with full dieline and specs for each
- Industry compliance checks: food labels, EU cosmetics, FSSC, OCOP
- A 3D prototype and product-photography direction
- Printer liaison, proof control and 60 days of support
- Packaging architecture for 20+ SKUs and a sub-brand system
- Green material research: PCR recycled plastic, bioplastic, paper-based
- A full legal-compliance dossier for each market
- 12 months of quality-control support through the launch phase
Before you send a brief for Packaging system
Sinh Vũ designs both the graphics and the box structure, making sure the imagery and the box form fit together from the drawing stage. For printing, Sinh Vũ connects with and supervises quality at partner factories; we do not run the presses ourselves, so we do not commit to print prices on the factory's behalf.
Yes, the handover files meet print technical standards; take them to any factory and they print correctly. Sinh Vũ recommends familiar factories because we have controlled their quality many times, but you are not bound to print in one place.
Yes, Sinh Vũ always makes a physical prototype before large print runs, so you can hold it and see the real colors and proportions in hand. This step catches errors in size or color before the cost of mass printing.
Because each product differs in material, structure, quantity and print technology, the cost changes with the specific scope. Sinh Vũ advises on the quote after fully understanding the requirements, so the figure is close to reality, not a generic rate applied to every case.
Sinh Vũ knows the mandatory presentation requirements by industry, such as ingredient labels, warnings and disclosures, so the layout is correct from the start. The final legal sign-off still rests with you or your legal department; Sinh Vũ helps with presentation, not as a substitute for the reviewing authority.
A single product is perfectly fine to take on; there is no requirement to do the whole line from the start. If you plan to expand the line, Sinh Vũ advises discussing it beforehand so the design system extends more easily later.
No need to start over. Sinh Vũ builds the system framework from the very first pack, so later products only need adjusting on that base. This saves time and keeps the whole product line consistent when the items stand side by side on the shelf.
Sinh Vũ designs by observing where competitor packaging sits on real shelves, to find the gap where your product can stand out. There is no absolute guarantee formula, but this is a mandatory principle in the process, not a matter of luck.
