Sinh Vũ Studio is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection in Vietnam. This document describes how Sinh Vũ collects, uses, stores, and protects the information you provide.

1. Information collected by Sinh Vũ

When you interact with Sinh Vũ through the website sinhvu.com, Sinh Vũ may collect:

  • Information you actively provide: name, position, company name, email, phone number, industry, project description through channels Door 1 (form), Door 2 (chat), Door 3 (interview), Brief.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, access device, access time, source URL (referrer) via Cloudflare Analytics.
  • Cookies: Sinh Vũ uses localStorage to save chat state and filled briefs, so you do not have to re-enter them if you return.

2. Purpose of information use

Sinh Vũ uses your information only for the following purposes:

  • Respond to requests for consultation and quotes for brand design services
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and project briefs
  • Contact via email/Zalo/phone regarding project progress and follow-up
  • Improve service quality through anonymous technical analysis
  • Comply with legal obligations when requested by competent authorities

3. Sinh Vũ does NOT do

Commitment: Sinh Vũ does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Sinh Vũ does not send marketing emails unless you agree to receive them.

4. Storage and security

Your information is stored on Sinh Vũ's Google Workspace system (Google Sheets, Google Drive) with security measures:

  • HMAC-SHA256 security token for every brief viewing link, accessible only by you and Sinh Vũ.
  • HTTPS all communication through the website
  • Internal access rights: only Anh Sinh and collaborators assigned to your project can access related information.
  • Source encryption: Google Workspace encrypts data at rest.

5. Retention period

  • Clients with signed contracts: stored permanently for warranty purposes, post-delivery support, case studies (if permitted).
  • Leads not converted: stored for a maximum of 24 months, then archived or deleted if there is no activity.
  • Brief test/spam: delete within 7 days

6. Your rights

According to Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access rights: request Sinh Vũ to provide a copy of the information Sinh Vũ is storing about you.
  • Right to correct: request updates for incorrect/old information
  • Right to delete: request deletion of information if you no longer wish to cooperate
  • Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent for Sinh Vũ to process data at any time
  • Right to complain: file a complaint with the Ministry of Information and Communications if Sinh Vũ violates.

To exercise the above rights, please email [email protected] with the subject "Personal data request." Sinh Vũ will respond within 72 hours.

7. Cookies and tracking

Sinh Vũ website uses:

  • localStorage (browser storage): stores chat state and filled brief
  • Cloudflare Analytics: counts traffic, does NOT use cookies, does NOT track individuals.
  • Google Fonts CDN: loads display fonts, may log IP to prevent abuse according to Google's policy.

Sinh Vũ does NOT use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.

8. Policy changes

Sinh Vũ may update this policy as necessary. Any changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes significantly affect your rights, Sinh Vũ will notify you via email.
