SCMS is not software you rent by the month. A website has two parts: the interface designed in Figma, with the source file handed over to you in full, and the build on SCMS. When Sinh Vũ does the design, the build on SCMS comes with the 0 VND Foundation plan; if you want Sinh Vũ to look after the site every month, add a plan.
Yes. Type your web address plus /sua, click the button in the sign-in email, then change text and photos right on the page. The layout and brand colours are locked by Sinh Vũ, so editing content cannot break the design. At handover, Sinh Vũ walks your person in charge through it directly.
Sinh Vũ moves your pages, posts and photos across and keeps your old addresses: anyone clicking an old address still reaches the right new page. Your old site keeps running until the new one has been checked on the real domain, and switching the domain is the very last step.
Your data is yours. Sinh Vũ packs up all your content, data and original photos, with a guide to reading them, so you can move elsewhere.
Each website has its own storage for data and photos on the Cloudflare server network, never shared with other clients. Sinh Vũ can restore your data from any point in the last 30 days, and keeps encrypted backups, one a month, for 12 months.
Yes. Every form and booking has a required consent box, a data privacy page in both languages, a storage limit of up to 24 months that clears itself, and a way to delete a person's details when they ask.
Two separate costs. Website design is quoted by scope, see the website design service. Operation follows the three website plans: the Foundation plan is 0 VND when Sinh Vũ does the design, and the other two add a Sinh Vũ team looking after the site every month. Designs made elsewhere get a separate build quote. Every cost is written into the proposal, with no hidden fees.
