Welcome to the sinhvu.com website of Sinh Vũ Studio. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Scope of application

These terms apply to everyone who visits sinhvu.com and uses its features:

• Door 1: send a request step by step
• Door 2: describe your needs in a conversation
• Client portal: follow your file, proposal, design rounds and handover
• Service, package, project, industry and knowledge pages

Once you sign a service contract with Sinh Vũ, the relationship is governed by that contract and the General Service Terms attached to it. Sections 4 to 7 below are a summary only; where this page and a signed contract differ, the contract applies.

2. Commitment of Sinh Vũ

• A real person reads every request: Every request sent through our intake is read and answered by someone at Sinh Vũ. Sinh Vũ does not ask for your budget at the intake step.
• Clear price before work starts: Sinh Vũ does not publish a price list; service pages show reference ranges and starting levels. The official price is a fixed price for the scope agreed in the project document. Any scope change is quoted and confirmed by both sides before it is carried out.
• Confidentiality: The information and documents you provide are kept confidential according to the Privacy Policy.
• Item by item: Each item is presented, revised and accepted in writing; the number of revision rounds and the acceptance method are set out in the contract.

3. Your commitments (user)

By using the Sinh Vũ website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when sending a request or chatting
• Do not use the website for illegal purposes, fraud, or to harm Sinh Vũ and related parties.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to internal systems or other clients' data.
• Not send fake requests or mass test submissions
• Respect copyright: Sinh Vũ content on the website (project records, methods, design system, articles) belongs to Sinh Vũ Studio

4. Intellectual property rights

All content on sinhvu.com (logo, text, images, code, design system, methods) is the intellectual property of Sinh Vu Joint Stock Company. You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute or publish Sinh Vũ content for commercial purposes without written consent
• Use the Sinh Vũ Studio name or logo for your products or services without a signed partnership
• Reverse engineer the website's code in order to copy it

Sinh Vũ welcomes the short citation of content, including through artificial intelligence tools, provided that the source is clearly stated as Sinh Vũ with a link to the original page on sinhvu.com. Copying all or most of the content, or removing the source when citing, is a violation of copyright and will be subject to removal requests as per regulations.

For clients under contract: until full payment, copyright in the work belongs to Sinh Vũ. After full payment, the economic rights in identity, logo, packaging system and brand collateral are fully assigned; photography, video, motion, illustration, source code and reusable design system components are licensed within the scope set out in the project document. The author's moral rights cannot be assigned under the Law on Intellectual Property.

5. Collaboration process

When you send a request through the intake on sinhvu.com, the next steps are:

1. Reading your request: Sinh Vũ reads your request and replies, asking follow-up questions when needed.
2. Conversation: The conversation is free of charge. It is only recorded with your consent, under the Privacy Policy.
3. Proposal: Sinh Vũ sends a proposal covering scope, cost and timeline.
4. Contract: Both sides sign the contract. Payment defaults to two installments: 50% within 03 working days of signing, 50% before receiving the source files at handover. Large projects may be split into more installments if the project document says so.
5. Delivery: Sinh Vũ presents item by item; you approve or request changes within the number of rounds set in the contract. A change to an approved direction, or an item outside the scope, is handled through a change request confirmed by both sides.
6. Handover: After full payment, both sides sign an acceptance and handover record; the list of deliverables is set out in the contract.

6. Termination and refunds

• Before signing a contract: You may stop at any time, free of charge.
• If you terminate after signing: you pay in full for items already accepted and 50% of the value of items in progress. Advance payments are not refunded.
• If Sinh Vũ terminates through no fault of yours: Sinh Vũ refunds the fees for work not yet performed.
• Rights to the work on early termination: transfer only for items already accepted and paid in full.

7. Limitation of liability

Within the limits of the law:

• Neither side is liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages (such as lost revenue or lost business opportunities).
• Where you sign as a company or organization, each side's total liability does not exceed the total value of the project document, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. For household businesses and individuals, liability is determined by law.
• Sinh Vũ does not guarantee that the website will operate 100% without interruption: there may be short interruptions due to maintenance, content delivery network issues, or causes beyond control.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation and good-faith mediation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute is brought before the competent People's Court in Hanoi.

9. Changes to terms

Sinh Vũ may update these terms as needed. Any changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after the terms change signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
