1. Scope of application

This clause applies to all users accessing the website sinhvu.com and using its functions:

• Door 1: Quote request form
• Door 2: Chat with Sinh Vũ
• Door 3: Quick interview for each service
• Brief Viewer: View the summary of the submitted brief
• Service pages, packages, case studies

2. Commitment of Sinh Vũ

• Response within 24 hours: All briefs, leads, comments will be viewed directly by Anh Sinh or an authorized representative and responded to within 24 working hours.
• Transparent pricing: Service pricing is publicly listed on the service page. The final quote is based on the specific scope, with no hidden fees.
• Confidentiality: The information and documents you provide are kept confidential according to the Privacy Policy.
• Quality: All projects are carried out according to a 6-step SOP (Receive → Idea → Design → Approval → Adjustment → Delivery), with an automatic QA Inspector + manual review by Anh Sinh.

3. Your commitments (user)

By using the Sinh Vũ website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in forms/chats.
• Do not use the website for illegal purposes, fraud, or to harm Sinh Vũ and related parties.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to internal systems or other clients' data.
• No spamming, no creating fake/test briefs in large quantities.
• Respect copyright: the content of Sinh Vũ on the website (case study, methodology, design system) belongs to Sinh Vũ Studio.

4. Intellectual property rights

All content on the website sinhvu.com (logo, text, images, code, design system, methodology) is the intellectual property of Sinh Vũ Joint Stock Company. You are NOT allowed to:

• Copying, distributing, or publishing Sinh Vũ's content for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.
• Use the name and logo of Sinh Vũ Studio for your products/services if no partnership agreement is in place.
• Reverse engineering the website's source code for copying purposes is prohibited.

Sinh Vũ welcomes the short citation of content, including through artificial intelligence tools, provided that the source is clearly stated as Sinh Vũ with a link to the original page on sinhvu.com. Copying all or most of the content, or removing the source when citing, is a violation of copyright and will be subject to removal requests as per regulations.

In cases where the client has signed a contract with Sinh Vũ: the copyright of deliverables (logo, identity system, etc.) belongs to the client 100% after full payment, according to the specific contract terms.

5. Collaboration process

When you submit a request through Door 1/2/3 or Brief, the next steps are:

1. Brief analysis: Sinh Vũ conducts an internal analysis within 24 hours, assessing fit and appropriate scope.
2. Discovery Call: Schedule a 30-minute session (online/offline) to gain a deeper understanding of the context. This session is free.
3. Proposal: Sinh Vũ will send a complete proposal within 48-72 hours after Discovery, including scope, pricing, and timeline.
4. Contract: Once the proposal is approved, Sinh Vũ will send a contract for signing. The client pays a 30% deposit to initiate the project.
5. Execution: Sinh Vũ follows SOP, with checkpoint reviews with the client.
6. Deliverables: Once payment is completed, Sinh Vũ will deliver 100% of the original files and guidance documents.

6. Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellation before signing the contract: Free, no fee.
• Cancellation after signing but before deposit payment: Free, no fee. The contract will be archived.
• Cancellation after paying a 30% deposit: Sinh Vũ will deduct the costs incurred (analyst + proposal + kick-off) before refunding the remaining amount. The refund rate depends on the project phase.
• Cancellation mid-project: The client pays for the completed portion (according to % milestone). Sinh Vũ will deliver documents/files up to that milestone.

7. Limitation of liability

Within the limits of the law:

• Sinh Vũ is not responsible for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities) resulting from the use of the website or Sinh Vũ services.
• Sinh Vũ's maximum liability for any dispute does not exceed the value of the services the client has paid for the related project.
• Sinh Vũ does not guarantee that the website will operate 100% without interruption: there may be short interruptions due to maintenance, content delivery network issues, or causes beyond control.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by Vietnamese law. Any disputes arising will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) in Hanoi according to VIAC arbitration rules.

9. Changes to terms

Sinh Vũ may update these terms as needed. Any changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after the terms change signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
