An ordinary consultation is usually one-way: you ask, Sinh Vũ answers. A workshop is two-way, involving your whole team, so the people inside see the problem for themselves under Sinh Vũ's guidance, rather than just hearing a conclusion from outside.
Within one working day of the session, you receive a decision table and a task table with owners and deadlines.
