A workshop is a structured working session: it asks the right focal questions, uses thinking tools so the whole group sees the problem together, and ends with concrete next steps. It is not a free-form chat but a session with a script and clear goals from the start.
Ordinary consulting is usually one-way: you ask, Sinh Vũ answers. A workshop is two-way, with the whole company team taking part, so your own people see the problem under Sinh Vũ's guidance rather than just hearing an outside conclusion.
You receive a summary of the points agreed in the session and a list of next steps in priority order. This is the basis for the company to carry things out itself or to ground a follow-on project.
