Brand design for aesthetic and dermatology clinics

Clients want to know who the doctor is, what equipment is used and whether there is a license before they decide.

An aesthetic clinic has to look trustworthy like a medical facility and still feel soft like a beauty space. Sinh Vũ builds a brand that proves capability through process and people, not through promises of results.

Quick answer01

What does an aesthetic clinic brand need?

Three things: trustworthy imagery, a messaging system that stays within the scope of the license, and a consultation space that puts clients at ease. A business without a medical examination and treatment license should not use imagery, symbols or uniforms of a medical facility.

  1. Trustworthy imagery

License, doctor in charge and equipment presented clearly, without showing off.

  2. Messaging within scope

Talk about process and credentials, not promised results.

  3. A reassuring consultation room

Private, bright, with materials clients can take home to read.

Business types02

Three kinds of facility, three problems

Different levels of intervention mean different licenses, and what the brand may say differs too.

Aesthetic clinics

Their customersClients deliberate for a long time, compare many places and ask closely about the doctor.

Brand challengeLook professional and still warm, so clients who walk in find a space as soft as a beauty space.

Laser treatment rooms

Their customersClients care about the equipment, the number of sessions and safety for the skin.

Brand challengePresent equipment and process in terms people can understand, without exaggerating effectiveness.

Dermatology clinics with specialist doctors

Their customersClients seek skin treatment, return on a treatment series and need to feel followed.

Brand challengeKeep the clinic's professionalism and still feel close, not cold like a hospital.

Pain points03

Four pain points specific to aesthetic clinics

These are the places aesthetic clinics tend to lose trust, even when their expertise is excellent.

03

A website that doesn't answer clients' questions

Clients have to message to ask who the doctor is, what equipment is used and whether there is a license.

A website that presents the team, license, equipment and process, answering in advance what clients often ask.

Customer journey04

At which stage do aesthetic clinics lose the most clients?

At the Checking stage. Clients look for the doctor's name, check the license and read reviews. If they can't find clear information, they choose somewhere else.

Where customers are most often lostChecking
Do this now
  1. Put the team of doctors and the license on the website, easy to find.
  2. Take real photos of the space and the equipment, not stock photos.
  3. Answer in advance the questions clients often ask before they book a consultation.
Touchpoints05

Five touchpoints to do first

Touchpoints are the places where clients see, touch or hear about the clinic. You don't need to do everything at once. These five touchpoints decide whether clients book a consultation.

  1. Compliant messaging system

The whole team writes in the same way, and someone from the clinic reviews before posting.

  2. Website presenting the team

Where clients check before they trust.

  3. Consultation room

Where clients decide whether to go ahead.

  4. Take-home consultation materials

Helps clients remember the clinic while they think it over at home.

  5. Sign and front desk

    The first impression of professionalism.

FAQ09

Frequently asked questions

Services with a medical examination and treatment element must state the name, address, operating license number, operating hours and stay within the approved scope of practice (Article 9, Decree 342/2025/ND-CP). The final version should be reviewed by the business's own lawyer before posting.

Cosmetics advertising may not use the images, uniforms or names of medical facilities, doctors, pharmacists or medical staff (Article 4, clause 4, Decree 342/2025/ND-CP). Keep cosmetics posts clearly separate from service posts.

You can, but it is very hard to stand out because many clinics already use it. Sinh Vũ usually starts from what is distinct about the clinic (the doctor, the method, the client group) and only then chooses the image.

They can share a name, but service names, price lists and posts should be separated clearly between the part with medical intervention and the part with ordinary care, so clients and regulators don't misread them.

The team of doctors, license, equipment, the process for each service, frequently asked questions and a consultation booking button. Photos should be real photos of the clinic.

Ask a lawyer before posting. Either way, photos must not mislead and must have the client's consent.
