The website runs on SCMS, the content management platform Sinh Vũ develops and runs directly for each client. Sinh Vũ is responsible for maintenance, upgrades, backups and daily error monitoring, so the site is never left to fend for itself after handover. Operation is separate from the build fee and follows one of the three SCMS website plans, with the Foundation plan at 0 VND when Sinh Vũ does the design. Your content and data belong to you: if you move away, Sinh Vũ hands over all of your content, database and original images.

Yes. Most of your customers will view it on a phone, so this is a required standard in the process, not something adjusted afterwards. Sinh Vũ checks loading speed and display across many screen sizes before handover.

Sinh Vũ helps edit the content based on the material and information you provide. We do not write it from scratch on your behalf, because a brand's story has to come from the business itself. If you have no content ready, the Sinh Vũ team runs a dedicated session to draw it out and build a structure before writing.

Yes. The website is built to technical standards so Google can read and index it well. This is the required foundation, not advertising or in-depth search optimisation. Ranking high also depends on content and time, and Sinh Vũ is clear about this limit from the start so your expectations are right.

Sinh Vũ provides a support period after handover to fix any issues, with the exact scope set out in the contract. After that, Sinh Vũ keeps monitoring errors, backing up and upgrading the site within the SCMS website plan you choose. Your content, data and original Figma files always belong to you; if you want to move to another provider, Sinh Vũ exports all of the data for you to take with you.
