The shoot date is fixed according to the schedule of both parties, depending on the model's availability, location, and weather. Rescheduling one party means rescheduling the entire chain, so all preparations count down from that date.

Why not just hire a photographer by the session, instead of a whole brand photography process?

A one-off shoot still gives nice photos, but next time the colours drift and you start from scratch. You also pay extra when shots are missing or the editing level or file names are wrong, because those four things are usually settled after the shoot instead of before. Sinh Vũ agrees the visual direction and shot list first, then the format, editing level, delivery deadline and file names before the shoot day. The whole set stays consistent across many rounds and becomes a library you use for years.

The real cost is in reshooting, not in the shoot itself.
One continuous flow

From concept to photo library

A shoot goes through five steps with approval gates, worked out backwards from the shoot day. The result is a set of images ready to use wherever you need them.

Part 1

Preparation before the shoot

Agree the story, where the images will be used, the shot list, settings, wardrobe and props before the camera comes out.

Shot listApproved before the shoot day

Part 2

Shoot and select

Set the scene, adjust the light and review images on a large screen during the session. After the shoot, you choose the images to be edited.

Part 3

Post-production and handover

Edited to the agreed level, named to convention, and delivered in the right format for each place of use.

Timing

How long until you have it

2 weeksSinh Vũ's part
12 working daysYour time, across 4 approvals

Add the two figures together for the real time from kickoff to handover. Your part follows the approval window of each step, so approving early shortens the schedule. This kind of work also has a fixed date that cannot move, so every other milestone counts back from it.

Before we start

What you need to prepare

  • Sample products or actual goods, in sufficient quantity and in the condition that will be sold.
  • Location and permits if shooting outdoors.
  • Models or company personnel, along with their schedules.
  • Costumes and props are your responsibility.
  • A list of mandatory shots to ensure nothing is missed once leaving the set.

Having these ready keeps the project on schedule. If something is missing, Sinh Vũ can still start, and the handover date moves back accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

Before you send a request for a shoot

Before the shoot, the Sinh Vũ team reviews your identity, colour palette and existing visual style to build a matching concept, rather than shooting loosely on inspiration. If the brand has no clear identity yet, Sinh Vũ discusses the direction carefully before planning the shoot, so you avoid beautiful photos that are off-tone.

The cost depends on the number of images, the settings, and whether models or hired props are needed, so Sinh Vũ quotes by the specific scope once your needs are clear. That way you do not pay for what you do not need, and nothing unexpected comes up midway.

It depends on the scale: a compact product shoot can be done in a day, while a set of spaces and people needs time to scout locations first. Sinh Vũ agrees a concrete schedule with you before starting, so it does not disrupt your business plans.

The Sinh Vũ team plans the setting and props with you, and can recommend studios, models or support providers if needed. Model and studio hire are charged separately from the photography fee. Anything specific to your product or space, such as the actual products or the shop floor, you prepare, while Sinh Vũ handles the visual staging.

Yes. This is a real shoot on location or in a studio, not stock images bought online. Real photos give the brand its own imagery, not shared with competitors who also use stock.

The finished image files belong to you within the agreed scope, and you have full use of them for the purposes discussed at the start. If you later want to use them for purposes outside that scope, talk to Sinh Vũ so it is clear.

Sinh Vũ scouts the site and agrees a shooting window that suits your schedule, preferring off-peak hours or times outside opening hours if needed. The crew works lean, with a clear plan for each shot before arriving, so time on site is kept short.

Sinh Vũ keeps a record of the visual direction, lighting and style used on the previous project, so additional shoots are checked against it to stay consistent. This matters for brands that shoot in rounds for new products or seasons.
