The actual cost for each level of sales kit

The three levels are not three sizes of the same item, but three different needs, and choosing the wrong level can cost more than opting for a higher level from the start.

Quick summary

The cost of a sales kit at Sinh Vũ ranges from 40 to 180 million VND, depending on the number of document groups, tool formats, and whether training is included. The basic kit is suitable for newly established small teams, the complete kit is for multi-channel sales teams, and the sales enablement program is for organizations needing to synchronize multiple sales points along with manuals and training. The final figure always comes through a quote consultation as it depends on the actual scope of each team.

Quick comparison
You should choose this direction when
  • The small sales team needs a basic toolkit quickly.
  • A team of 10-30 multi-channel sellers needs a sample library.
  • Large organizations need a manual and accompanying training.
Not needed when.
  • Compare prices purely based on the number of items while ignoring the templates and training.
  • Choose the lowest level for organizations with multiple points of sale.

The three sales kit levels at Sinh Vũ are not just three sizes of the same product. Each level corresponds to a real need: a small team just starting to sell, a multi-channel team needing sample stock, and an organization needing to synchronize the entire sales force. Choose a level based on where the team is, not just on budget, as choosing lower than the actual need often leads to rework and additional costs.

Three levels, three different needs

Basic level (Essentials): Suitable for small sales teams, usually under ten people, just starting to build sales materials or needing to standardize disparate items. The set typically includes business cards, email signatures, a product or service introduction sheet, and a customizable deck template. Reference range at Sinh Vũ: 40 to 60 million VND for a set of materials.

Full level: Suitable for sales teams of ten to thirty people, operating across multiple channels. In addition to basic materials, it includes banners (digital and print) and a template library of 50 or more templates for the team to customize without compromising the brand. Reference range: 60 to 100 million for a combo of two document groups, 100 to 150 million for all five groups.

Sales enablement program (Enterprise): Designed for organizations that need to synchronize multiple sales points, teams, and channels simultaneously. Includes an internal guide of about 50 pages, a battlecard (competitor comparison and sales arguments), customer note templates for use in CRM software, along with one to two training sessions. Producing in multiple formats simultaneously adds about 30% compared to a single format. Each training session lasts three to four hours and costs approximately 6 million VND.

Factors that change the final numbers

The reference range above is a starting point, not a fixed price. Four main factors cause the actual number to deviate from this range:

  • Number of document groups: One group is for print, one for digital, and one for presentation. Combining multiple groups reduces costs proportionally compared to ordering individually, but the total is still higher than for a single group.
  • Number of tool formats: Working simultaneously on Canva, Figma, and Photoshop for the same set of documents costs more than working in a single format. Sinh Vũ recommends choosing formats based on the tools the team is actually using to avoid paying for formats that no one opens.
  • Template library scale: 50 templates or 100 templates significantly affect execution. A larger library has higher long-term value, but requires a disciplined team to use correctly.
  • Training and guidance materials: This part is often cut when the budget is tight, but it is crucial for ensuring the materials are used correctly after delivery.

Costs are often overlooked.

Sinh Vũ designs files and delivers source files with editing rights. Printing and production costs for gifts are entirely separate, to be arranged directly with the printer or production facility. This boundary is important for two reasons: first, printing costs vary based on quantity and timing, and Sinh Vũ cannot guarantee figures outside its control. Second, many teams forget to separate this item, leading to budget overruns when it comes to actual production.

The value of a sales kit does not lie in the number of pages or items. It lies in the templates, source files, and guidelines that keep the team using them correctly for one to two years without needing to redesign from scratch.

Common mistakes when choosing levels

  • Comparing prices by the number of items: Ten items being cheaper than fifteen sounds reasonable, but if the five additional items include templates and source files, it could be a loss in the long run. Ask Sinh Vũ what format the source files will be delivered in and what editing rights you have before comparing prices.
  • Select the Essentials level for large organizations: If the sales team operates through three or more channels or has more than twenty people, the basic set will not be sufficient. The insufficiency will be compensated by self-created materials that do not adhere to brand standards, leading to brand identity deterioration.
  • Skipping training to save costs: A library of 100 misused documents can be more harmful than not having a library at all. A small investment in training can determine whether the kit survives beyond the first month.

The viewpoint of Sinh Vũ

Sinh Vũ openly shares a reference price range for you to visualize before consulting, but the final number always comes through a quote as the actual scope of each team varies greatly. Two teams labeled as "full package" can have completely different numbers because one team needs three formats while the other only needs one.

What Sinh Vũ often asks before providing a quote: what tools the team is currently using, which channels they sell through, and who edits the documents after delivery. These three questions determine the actual scope and from there, we can arrive at a meaningful number.

Frequently asked questions

Does the price from Sinh Vũ include printing?

Not yet. Sinh Vũ designs files and delivers source files with editing rights, excluding large print runs or gift production. Printing costs are a separate item, placed directly with the printer. It is essential to clearly separate these two items in the budget to avoid disruptions when reaching the production stage.

If I initially choose the basic package, can I upgrade to the full package later?

Yes, but mid-way upgrades often cost more than doing it right from the start because you have to check the consistency between old and new documents. If you already know the team will expand in the next six months, it’s best to discuss with Sinh Vũ to design the expansion framework from the first time.

What is the training in the enablement program?

These are sessions to guide the sales team on how to properly use each document, when to use which sheet, how to make edits within allowed limits, and avoid common brand identity errors. Each session lasts about 3 to 4 hours, for teams of 10 or more to ensure cost-effective training.
