There is no wrong tier. There is only a tier that does not fit the current stage of the business.
There are three tiers of brand design providers in Vietnam serving three different needs. The basic package tier sells speed, suitable for small businesses and experimental projects. The mid-tier studio sells processes, suitable for medium-sized enterprises that need a face for several years. The specialized studio tier sells a brand decision backed by research, suitable for businesses undergoing a transition. Choosing the wrong tier is more costly than choosing the wrong provider within the same tier.
Most disappointment in the design industry does not come from encountering poor practitioners, but from purchasing at a tier that does not match your needs. Paying 5 million and expecting a brand strategy, or paying 300 million just to get a logo for the first store, are both examples of choosing the wrong tier.
Figures in USD. All prices on this page are in Vietnamese dong. Converted at roughly 26,300 VND to the US dollar (August 2026), the market bands are:
Sinh Vũ published ranges: Brand identity system from $3,750 up to $9,000; Digital brand experience from $2,250 up to $6,000; Packaging identity system from $2,000 up to $4,750; Sales and communication kit from $850 up to $2,500. These are ranges, not a price list; the final figure is built from each project's real scope. Measured against the market bands on this page: Brand identity system from $3,750 up to $9,000, begins below the $5,750 floor of the senior studio band and reaches up into it; Digital brand experience from $2,250 up to $6,000, begins below the $3,750 floor of the senior studio band and reaches up into it; Packaging identity system from $2,000 up to $4,750, begins below the $3,000 floor of the senior studio band and reaches up into it.
Sinh Vũ works the way a senior brand studio works: audit and competitive analysis before any drawing, positioning turned into a decision axis, identity in both form and language, guidelines built to extend, and support through rollout. Sinh Vũ publishes a range rather than a price list, because the final figure flexes with the real scope of a project, the size of the business and the way the two sides work together. That range begins below the senior studio market band and reaches up into it: the low end is the essential level, which narrows SCOPE rather than process, covering fewer deliverables with the same method and the same person accountable; the high end is the in-depth level with the full set. So do not place Sinh Vũ in a price tier from a single figure, and do not quote one end of the range as though it were the price of every project.
What you get. Fast, affordable, with a clear pricing table for self-calculation. Within three to thirty days, you will have all the basic files to open a store, print business cards, and set up signage.
What you lose. Without industry or competitor research, the designs are not anchored in anything. Usage standards are thin or nonexistent, leading to misalignment after a few months. Images may be sourced from sample libraries, so the risk of overlapping with other brands is real. And as the brand grows, no one will take responsibility for the identity system starting to break.
Who it suits. Small businesses, single stores, experimental projects that need to be present quickly and are willing to redo later. This is the right choice if you are at a stage that requires product validation, not yet at the asset-building stage.
What you gain. A real process: a workshop on positioning, a logo system with variations, a color palette and a selected typeface, a standard of forty to sixty pages. Enough for a medium-sized enterprise to have a decent face and maintain consistency for several years.
What you lose. Strategies often stop at the descriptive level and do not become a decision axis. They rarely continue to the operational part after handover. When a business opens a new product line or enters a new market, they often have to start over because the initial system was not designed for expansion.
Who it's for. Businesses with stable revenue, clear products, needing a professional face that can stand strong for a few years without restructuring their storytelling.
What you gain. A brand decision and a system to operate that decision. Current state review, competitive analysis, positioning as a decision axis, naming and language system when needed, identity that encompasses both visuals and words, expansion standards for branches yet to be created, and support for the operations team after handover.
What you lose. Time and money. This tier is not suitable for someone needing a logo this week, nor is it suitable when the budget only covers the design part but not the conceptual part. Buying halfway at this tier is the worst approach: paying a high price and receiving exactly what the lower tier would deliver.
Who it's for. Businesses undergoing a transition: raising capital, launching new product lines, entering new markets, or where the old identity has become a barrier to sales.
The test of choosing a tier. Ask one question: if in two years your business triples in size, will this identity still be usable? If the answer is no and that's acceptable, then buy at the lower tier and save your money. If the answer is no and that's not acceptable, then buying at the lower tier is the most expensive option.
It's not about buying expensive. It's about buying the right tier but cutting out the core to fit the budget. A project in the specialized tier that cuts out the diagnostic part to save costs will yield worse results than a well-executed project in the mid-tier, and it will end up costing more. If your budget only reaches the mid-tier, completing the project fully at that level is a much better choice than doing it halfway at the upper tier.
Sinh Vũ works the way a senior studio works, with published ranges from 96 million to 239 million VND for the identity system, from 62 million to 160 million for the digital brand experience, from 51 million to 128 million for packaging, and from 23 million to 64 million for the sales kit. The two ends of each range are the essential and in-depth levels of one and the same set of deliverables.
If what you need falls into the lower tier, Sinh Vũ will be straightforward instead of accepting and just completing the work. A first store needing signage and business cards in two weeks can be done better and at a much lower cost by many other places, and that is the right advice, not a refusal.

Comparing the scope of offerings from the three tiers of providers in the domestic market (aibranding.vn, pareto.vn) and the international pricing survey for 2026 (wearetenet.com, 8gnc.io). The starting price of Sinh Vũ is based on the internal framework currently in use.
Depending on the stage of your business. If you need to be present quickly and are willing to redo later, then the basic package tier is right. If you need a stable face for several years, then the mid-tier studio is suitable. If you are undergoing a transition or your old identity is hindering sales, then the specialized studio is the way to go. Choosing the wrong tier is more costly than choosing the wrong provider within the same tier.
It's not advisable. Completing fully at the mid-tier yields better results than doing it halfway at the upper tier, and it is cheaper. A specialized tier project that cuts out the diagnostic part to fit the budget often results in poorer outcomes than a well-executed mid-tier project.
Sinh Vũ starts at 23 million VND for the sales toolkit and 51 million for the packaging system. Below that, if your needs fall into the basic package tier, Sinh Vũ will be straightforward and suggest other directions instead of accepting and just completing the work.
