In-house teams are good at day-to-day materials, but often lack the authority and distance to review the whole system, enforce standards across departments, or take charge when the brand's image runs into trouble. Hiring project by project means explaining the brand again each time, waiting for quotes and waiting for a slot. How Sinh Vũ works
Four points agreed before we start
Monthly volume
Agree how many hours or tasks each month covers and which kinds of work are on the list. The minimum term is three months, then renewal is month by month; to stop, give 30 days' notice.
Unused hours
Unused hours carry over to the following month, up to 20% of the monthly hours, and expire at the end of that month. Anything above 20% does not carry over.
Response time
Each kind of work goes through an agreed channel. Routine requests are acknowledged within one working day with a delivery date; when the package includes Priority handling, urgent requests get a response within four working hours. Sinh Vũ does not work outside office hours.
Revision rounds
Each task includes the specified number of revisions. If exceeding the number of revisions, notify before proceeding.
A monthly engagement runs alongside your team with no final handover date, so these four terms take the place of a timeline.

Having these ready keeps the project on schedule. If something is missing, Sinh Vũ can still start, and the handover date moves back accordingly.

Before you send a request for a monthly retainer
It is a partnership by period: the Sinh Vũ team takes on a fixed volume of brand work each period, such as designing materials, updating assets and advising when needs come up, instead of hiring piece by piece. The exact scope of each period is agreed at the start so you know precisely what you get.
With one-off projects, every job starts from zero: a new team has to learn the brand again, you wait for a quote, you wait for a slot. A monthly plan keeps a team that already knows your brand working continuously, responding faster and wasting no time getting reacquainted each time.
Not straight away. Unused hours roll over to the next month, up to 20% of that month's hours, and expire at the end of that month. That is why Sinh Vũ estimates the volume with you to match real needs, so you do not pick a larger plan than you use.
An in-house hire needs a fixed salary every month whether there is work or not, needs training time, and if they leave you have to recruit again from scratch. A monthly plan is a team that already has the experience and process, working to the real rhythm of your work.
After the first three months, you can stop at any time with 30 days' notice. All source files and assets completed in earlier months still belong to you.
