Know where you are weak before you spend
Sinh Vũ doctrine, article 1.01: every encounter leaves a trace in the customer's memory; a brand is the sum of those encounters, not the logo alone.
Fix the right thing
Many businesses redo the logo while the real weakness is a different color everywhere, or no one keeping the standard. Redoing the logo then just adds another version.
Know the order
The four pillars go in order: customers must recognize you first, then understand what you say, then see consistency, and only then can it last.
Something to discuss
The report gives the whole team one page to discuss, instead of everyone having their own feeling about the brand.
What people often ask
Three questions Sinh Vũ often gets about this tool.
Are my answers sent anywhere?
No. Scoring happens in your browser. Only when you choose to send it to Sinh Vũ do the weakest pillar and your score go along to the request page.
What if I am not sure?
Choose Not yet or unsure. Not knowing is itself a signal: nobody is tracking that yet.
Does a low score mean we need to rebrand?
No. Most weaknesses are fixed through operations: choose one color and use it consistently, give one person the standard to keep, make templates. Rebrand only when the core no longer does its job.
