Sinh Vũ works at the senior studio tier. Entry points: Brand identity system from $5,750; Digital brand experience from $3,750; Packaging identity system from $3,000; Sales and communication kit from $1,500. These are starting points, not a price list; the final figure is built from each project's real scope.
Starting level of Sinh Vũ
Sinh Vũ does not publish a price list. We disclose the starting point so you can compare your budget before spending time meeting, while the final number is based on the actual scope of each project.
Brand identity systemfrom 150 million VND
Digital brand experiencefrom 100 million VND
Product packaging systemfrom 80 million VND
Sales and communication toolkitfrom 40 million VND
The starting point is there because every project that Sinh Vũ takes on goes through a diagnostic phase before design. Skipping that part may seem cheaper, but then you are buying a drawing rather than a brand decision, and many others can do that better than Sinh Vũ at a much lower price.
What drives the numbers to change
Raise the price
There is a strategy phase before the design
Review the current situation, analyze competition, establish positioning and brand architecture. This is the most time-consuming part and also the key to whether the design can be anchored in the business.
Need to name or rename
Naming involves filtering through hundreds of options, checking for duplicates, researching trademark registration possibilities, and testing pronunciation in the target market. A failed name means everything built on it must be redone.
Number of touchpoints to cover
Each additional touchpoint is a separate design challenge, not just a logo application. Packaging, signage, uniforms, vehicles, booths, sales documents, digital interfaces, all have different material constraints and proportions.
Brand with multiple branches
A parent company with multiple sub-brands, or a product line with many SKUs, requires a tiered architecture. This is more complex than creating a single brand multiple times, as it involves designing expansion rules for branches that have not yet been created.
Tightly regulated industry
Food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices, and finance all have mandatory information display regulations. The design must allow for space and comply from the initial draft; making changes later will be much more costly.
Lower the price
Narrow the scope, proceed in phases
Focus on the core first: positioning, logo, color palette, typography, basic standards. The remaining touchpoints can be developed later based on actual needs. What you lose: almost nothing, as long as the core is done well. This is the healthiest way to save.
The business already has a clear positioning
If you already have market research, customer personas, and a clear positioning statement, the diagnostic phase can be significantly shortened. What you lose: nothing, as long as the available documents are truly usable and not just an old presentation file.
Fewer rounds of revisions thanks to a single decision-maker
One authority figure for approval, rather than a committee with differing opinions. Most of the time the external team spends is on revisions due to conflicting internal feedback. What you lose: nothing, and it often results in a better outcome.
Use available images and text instead of custom ones
Purchase stock photos and use a licensed font instead of taking custom photos and creating custom typography. What you lose: uniqueness. Competitors can buy the same photo, and a popular font makes your brand look like hundreds of others.
Remove usage standards
Only accepting design files, not usage guidelines. What you lose: a lot. Without standards, each person in the company will use a different style, and six months later, the identity system will deviate from the original, wasting the money spent.
